Lifting The Burden depends upon the people who contribute to it. The Campaign is directed by the Global Campaign Committee, which has representatives of the four partner organisations. 

Support is provided in various ways by the people who make up Lifting The Burden's part-time human resources. The work of Lifting The Burden is carried out pro bono by members of the many working groups.
