This site has been designed to reach a double A level of accessibility as outlined by the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). This site contains many features to help users with disabilities navigate easily. These features are described below.
Page Layout
The main sections of the site are listed in the main menu down the left of each page on this website. There are also minor menus at the top and bottom of each page. Some pages will have sub-menus that will display as links in the text area of the page.
Links to other language sites can be located from a drop-down menu in the top left corner of any page.

Resizable Text
All text on this site is resizable; it can be made larger or smaller according to your preferences by changing the default text size in your browser.

To increase the size of text in Windows Explorer 5+, select View > Text Size > Larger/Largest
Netscape Navigator 6 (above)
To increase the size of text in Netscape 6+, select View > Text Size > Larger or press Ctrl++
Please Note: increasing the size of the text will affect the page layout.
